Medical Eligibility Required Semaglutide and Tirzepatide cannot be prescribed to individuals with the following conditions: BMI under 27, eating disorders, Type 1 diabetes, gallbladder disease, substance abuse, recent bariatric surgery (within the past 6 months), pancreatitis or history of recurrent pancreatitis while taking a GLP-1 medication, medullary thyroid cancer, current pregnancy or breastfeeding, plans to become pregnant, diabetic retinopathy, multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN2) or family history of MEN2, serious gastrointestinal disorders, or history of allergic reaction to Tirzepatide or Semaglutide
