Teatro Latino Primitivo Malbec Ugni Blanc & ChardonnayPrimitivo, also known overseas as Zinfandel, is a traditional Apulian vine variety that has been used since time immemorial to produce not only red wines, but also well structured ros wines. Cultivation on calcareous clayey soils, a planting density of 3500 vines hectare and low vineyard yields ensure high quality fruit from which a slightly aromatic wine is obtained, in which the spicy notes are enhanced by ageing in large barrels. With its good
