I Custodi Etna Rosso 'Pistus' 2021 2021 Size:750 ml aged for 30 years andAromas of overripe black skinned fruit, scorched soil, wet wool, grilled herb and leather lead the way. Reflecting the nose, the rather evolved palate offers prune, dried black cherry, carob and an earthy note of game alongside dusty, drying tannins. It's savory and a bit rustic around the edges but it also has an earthy charm. Complex, layered and smouldering with volcanic minerality and earthy terracotta.
