We sold one a week ago and the one before that was almost a year ago

These are still a pretty blue

but we suggest holding off on watering until more of these tiny roots appear

but the leaves appear to be a little stockier and wider

This one is throwing multi colored heads, no textural differences on this stem so far. Japan Moon Rivers like this tend to ship on the drier side, they almost always pull some mature leaves, so she's a little crispy around her outer leaves, but that's
