Mills Brewing & Oliver's Cider Foxbic Four 7% (750ml) 4 pack Juicy red and dark fruitThis is the fourth incarnation of an experiment by one of the best experimenters in cider Tom Oliver and Jonny Mills. This is made using the turbid mash method in the style of traditional Lambic producers. Here, the wort (unfermented beer) was fermented with Foxwhelp juice and cider lees (active cider yeast) in old oak barrels for 10 months a true union of traditional cider making and beer brewing techniques. It was bottled in 2021 and finished in the
