I don't know this cultivar well

I haven't seen one like this yet and held her off for The List because of her sunny hue

She's a 'red type' measuring in at just at 2" across. She does have some water droplet pooling at the center of her rosette, please try to look past this. We have purchased from this farm many times before and I can assure you it's just water.
