Bellwoods Barn Owl No. 30 Wild Ale & Purple Plum 6.3% (500ml) LP The 2019 harvest gave smallerThis is Bellwoods' 30th blend of Barn Owl, a series of one off creations released sporadically throughout the year. It's a mix of spontaneous ales conditioned on Italian purple plums. When blending, Bellwoods chose barrels that were sour but not super sour, added the stone fruit to marry the flavours, then dosed it all with a final light, floral dry hop. It's the perfect option for those who love moderate acidity, stone fruit and funk, and a hint of
