Necklace with Hand-Painted Gumnut Beads By the Women of Camel Camp Australian artist Liz DeLuca One of a Kind EarringsThis necklace features hand painted gumnuts by the Aboriginal Women of Camel Camp from the Utopia region of Australia. These gumnuts have been painted black and decorated with a blue and pink dotted pattern. When we collected these unique beads, they still smelt of the smokey fire the women sat around as they painted these gumnuts.
