Deep Time i hypha-marble-arch The tapestry was created fromDeep Time is made with ancient eroding earth Bideford Black from the North Devon Coast. At over 300 million years old the earth holds the deep geological time of the planet, each rectangle has been for a walk along this eroding stretch of coast attached to the base of my walking boots each rectangle holds a 1: 1 residue of the textures underfoot and the passage of time. Coming together it forms an alternative map of the textured landscape forged
