Like that other guy said its a fishing pole if you are using it like its meant to be rather than just admiring it like some collector item its going to take a significant amount of abuse be that knocking around in the boat tangling on other rods, lines, doors, branches, mangroves cielings, hopefully not fans but it happens, sand, concrete, stepped on etc(in my case being run over by a bike or car from time to time isnt out of the realm of possibilities)
