So probably five to six feet to the first one, sometimes seven or eight, if I really need to have a longer leader with deeper depth for something, and then typically five to six feet in between flies for standard stuff, uh, if Im fishing midges and I want three flies, but I want them in a shallower area, then Ill make those more compact
