A curb gag can be helpful on horses that tend to be long and heavy in the front. A curb gag looks in many ways like a regular gag but with the difference that it puts pressure on the cheek chin instead of over the neck. This is good for strong horses that can become too long and low. We recommend using 2 reins, one attached to the gag ring and one attached to the bit.
