So there are more, but those are a few lines of evidence that suggest that DHA may be important, but Im not sure enough about this to say that we should only get DHA from EPA, and of course, if you eat whole fish, they have both DHA and EPA, which to me suggests that they both probably play a role, and its a good idea for us to get both
