Monte Cimo: Spontaneo PIWI 2022 KRWein mild acidityThe Monte Cimo winery enjoys experimenting in the cellar every year. The latest experiment is called Spontaneo: thanks to the excellent health and quality of the grapes from the 2022 harvest, it was possible to forgo yeasts during the fermentation phase. The Spontaneo is a unique blend of Incrocio Manzoni, Solaris (70%), and Muscaris. It was fully fermented in an amphora, without yeasts, additives, filtration, or oxidation. This spontaneous, natural
