2019 Carmenere Reserve Vina Sutil reich und komplex mit mineralischenPack of 12 delivered free of charge. The wine is made exclusively from Carmenre grapes from the Cochagua Valley. Fermentation begins at low temperatures for 10 days, gradually increasing to 24C to preserve the fruity aromas and prevent excessive tannin extraction. The wine then remains on the skins for 7 days to extract the color and preserve the black fruit aromas. The wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 8 10 months.
