Nervi: Gattinara 2019 Bos Food which grow only in theNervis Gattinara is a 100% Nebbiolo from the vineyards of Molsino, Valferana, Garavoglie, and Casacce, located at altitudes between 290 420m. The aging process, long overseen by Roberto Conterno as the winemaker and since 2018 as the owner, takes place over three years in Botti, the traditional large wooden barrels of the region, followed by an additional 6 12 months of bottle aging after bottling. The Nebbiolo grape, known here as Spanna, produces a
